The residence features 3 master bedrooms over 4 ocean facing levels, using the best materials and fittings sourced from all over the world.
Environmental sustainability was a major factor in the design, including cross ventilation to reduce the use of air conditioning, and the use of the most energy efficient lighting.

The layout of this amazing residence is as follows:
1st Level
